Bij De SJEMfabriek draait alles om groei, kansen en een nieuw perspectief. Deze 3 toppers delen hun verhalen. Ieder verhaal is uniek, maar ze hebben één ding gemeen: ze laten zien wat er mogelijk is als je in iemand gelooft – en diegene in zichzelf.

Toen ik me niet kon aanpassen aan het werk, paste we het werk aan, aan mij. Zo bleef ik toch betrokken en kreeg ik de nieuwe fuctie van Web-Dev.

Toen ik hier enthousiast binnen kwam liep ik al gauw vast. Ik vond het sleutelen wel leuk maar was toch liever bezig met elektra en elektronica.

Robbert-Jan zag dit en zette mij toen in om het wifi netwerk aan te leggen. Later heb ik ook lampen aangelegd. En nog wat later..
Bouwde ik deze website!

Dit was een imens leerproces, met verschillende pieken en dalen. Maar, nu je dit leest weet je ook dat het gelukt is. Wat een Succes!
